1. About NoBlur Status

NoBlur Status is a mobile application developed by NoBlur Status Technologies (India) that allows users to post HD-quality videos to WhatsApp Status, save WhatsApp statuses, and enhance photos — without quality loss.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
• You must have a valid WhatsApp account to use the HD Video Status feature.
• By using the App, you confirm you have the legal authority to agree to these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to share illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Abuse the referral system (e.g., creating fake device accounts to generate bonus uses)
• Use automated tools to interact with our backend API
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service while using our App
• Share copyrighted videos through our service without proper authorization

4. HD Video Status Feature

The HD Video Status feature works by forwarding your video through our NoBlur WhatsApp Business account. By using this feature:

• You confirm you own or have the right to share the video content.
• You understand the video may be uploaded to our servers for compression, validation, temporary hosting, and WhatsApp delivery.
• You acknowledge that WhatsApp's own Terms of Service govern the messaging infrastructure used.
• Videos are processed and delivered within a reasonable time — we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

5. Free Plan & Subscriptions

Free Plan: Users get 3 starter HD video compressions. Additional credits can be earned through referrals, rewarded ads, coupons, or one-time packs where available.

Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions include 50 HD video compressions per billing month. After the monthly Pro allowance is used, additional one-time packs or permanent credits may be used where available:

• Monthly: current price shown in Google Play / in the app
• Yearly: current price shown in Google Play / in the app

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. By purchasing a subscription or pack, you agree to Google Play's payment and subscription terms. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Google Play account.

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies. You may request a refund through Google Play or contact support@noblurstatus.com for support.

7. Referral Program

• Each user gets a unique referral code generated on first launch.
• When an eligible new user enters your code, they receive bonus compression credits.
• After an eligible referred user completes their first successful compression, you may receive bonus compression credits, subject to monthly caps and anti-abuse checks.
• Bonus uses are credited to your account/device state and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to revoke referral bonuses if fraud or abuse is detected.
• The referral program terms may change with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, UI design, and code in the NoBlur Status App is owned by NoBlur Status Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

The "NoBlur Status" name, logo, and brand are trademarks of NoBlur Status Technologies.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that WhatsApp's platform will cooperate as expected.
• WhatsApp may change their platform at any time — we are not responsible for functionality changes caused by WhatsApp policy updates.
• We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBlur Status Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or abuse our systems. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at noblurstatus.com/terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
