By downloading or using the NoBlur Status app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.

1. About NoBlur Status

NoBlur Status is a mobile application developed by NoBlur Status Technologies (India) that allows users to post HD-quality videos to WhatsApp Status, save WhatsApp statuses, and enhance photos — without quality loss.

The HD Video Status feature works by forwarding your video through our NoBlur WhatsApp Business account. By using this feature:

The 24-hour reactivation requirement is a WhatsApp Business API limitation, not our design choice. You may need to send a message to our NoBlur WhatsApp number periodically to keep the channel active.

5. Free Plan & Subscriptions

Free Plan: Users get 3 starter HD video compressions. Additional credits can be earned through referrals, rewarded ads, coupons, or one-time packs where available.

Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions include 50 HD video compressions per billing month. After the monthly Pro allowance is used, additional one-time packs or permanent credits may be used where available:

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. By purchasing a subscription or pack, you agree to Google Play's payment and subscription terms. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Google Play account.

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies. You may request a refund through Google Play or contact support@noblurstatus.com for support.

All content, branding, UI design, and code in the NoBlur Status App is owned by NoBlur Status Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

The "NoBlur Status" name, logo, and brand are trademarks of NoBlur Status Technologies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBlur Status Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or abuse our systems. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at noblurstatus.com/terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
